Buy-side relationships are occasional, selective, and clearly separate from the seller-first mandate. They serve as a market-intelligence channel and do not change who 4HUNDRED CAPITAL is built to represent.
Buyers may share acquisition criteria and be notified when matching opportunities come to market. Where an exclusive buy-side relationship is the right fit, the scope is agreed deliberately and transparently.
If another KPLI Global division or trusted market relationship is better placed to help, a referral pathway remains available.
